Safe Harbor helped me deal with landlord tenant issues. I decided to rent rooms in my home and the task became overwhelming. At first I was doing this on my own and then I came to realize that there was much more to just renting a room out in your home. Sometimes tenants are not always what they seem and then you stuck with trying to evict them. There's a whole process that comes with that and if you don't know the laws you will find yourself stuck with a tenant that will be very hard to evict. You have to be very careful because one bad tenant can ruin your whole business, especially if it's your home. All I can say is don't do this alone. Seek the help of a professional. Safe Harbor Property Management and their staff are knowledgeable about investment properties and they are the ones you should seek to manage your property.

Great property management services. Their clear and detailed records make keeping track of income and expense, and doing a taxes, a breeze. They have also done a good job finding great tenants and being responsive to their needs.

Our investment is well-managed, they are transparent with their business and management of the property, and are so easy to work with. They have helped us so much and I wouldn't know what to do without them taking care of our rental. I don't have to worry AT ALL and they are there if I have questions or need anything.
